Hello world!

We have had to take the unprecedented decision to close Hartleys until further notice.

This crisis is bigger than any of us can fathom and in the frenzy and panic of the last few days it is possible to forget that at the core of this are people’s lives. The safety of our customers, our staff and the wider public simply trumps all other concerns and we cannot do anything other than close.

We want to particularly thank all our regular customers this week who came in, made bookings, bought vouchers: all to offer their support to us and our staff at an incredibly difficult time. We need it, and greatly appreciate it.

We are considering this to be a hibernation. And when we all emerge, we will be delighted to get re-acquainted.
