Hartley’s Weddings and Private Hire


 

Hartley’s began trading in 2007, and in that time we have hosted many private events from Weddings and special occasions to product launches and corporate entertaining.

Menus:

At Hartley’s, our menu changes regularly. We use local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, and whilst there are certain dishes which are available year-round, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain dishes / ingredients for all events. There are also some dishes which appear on our restaurant menus that are not suitable for the service of a large party.

The menus for all private hire events will be agreed on by us and our guests in the run-up to an event, depending on the dishes being served by us on our restaurant menu at the time. This way we are able to insure that we maintain our own style / seasonality, and can adapt the menu to suit the individual tastes of our guests. Hartley’s is not a ‘Salmon or Beef’ venue.

We can accommodate up to 100 people for a sit down meal, and are more than happy to work with our client’s specific requests concerning seating plans and bar options. We can provide a microphone (excluding terrace) for speeches / presentations piped into our own PA system. Additional PA systems can also be accommodated, as well as live or pre-arranged piped music within the parameters of our licence. Additional menu options such as pre-dinner canapés, post-dinner cheese boards and late-night buffet / platters can also be arranged, as well as additional hiring of equipment / linen.
